Assembly, Packaging and Mailing Services
WorkSource Enterprises provides assembly, packaging and mailing services to area businesses.  Our clients earn paychecks by helping businesses attract customers, manufacture products and meet tight production timetables.  To learn more about these services and how they can help your enterprise succeed, please contact us at (434-972-1730) or info@worksourceva.org.

Community Job Placement
WorkSource Enterprises provides community job placement services to a variety of clients living in our community.  Working primarily with Virginia’s Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), WorkSource employment specialists (job coaches) assist people with disabilities to obtain and maintain meaningful jobs with area companies.  Employment Specialists also work with special education students at Charlottesville High School to help them pursue vocational opportunities including volunteering, internships and employment in the community.
WorkSource Community Specialists also work with local Departments of Social Services to help people currently receiving TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) funds as they transition from the welfare system into employment.

BreadWorks Bakery & Deli
BreadWorks, one of the area’s leading bakeries and delicatessens, began in 1994 as a program to help individuals with disabilities who want to work in the community.   BreadWorks employs approximately 20 people, half of whom are people with disabilities.  Please visit BreadWorks at 923-A Preston Avenue or visit us online, www.BreadWorks.org

 Day Support Program
The Day Support program at WorkSource Enterprises provides pre-vocational, educational and recreational activities to approximately 45 people each weekday.  In addition to the activities shown above, our clients participate in numerous outings into the community, including trips to the library, swimming through the Charlottesville Therapeutic Recreation program and engaging field trips throughout the region.
